Teachers and innovation. On present practice and some possibilities of development of teachers work. The project deals with the problem of implementation of innovation in the teachers` work. It is based on contemporary ideas of innovation of the school work with special attention to two aspects: the growing autonomy of the teacher and personal and professional development of the teachers. Innovation is understood as objectiveness of implementation of innovations in the school and objectiveness of the process of implementation. The goal of the project is to indicate what are impulses for implementation of innovations and to describe the innovative processes from planning to evaluation. Further, it will look for an answer to the questions whether the experience of the innovative teachers is useful for common school practice and what ways of support of innovations are most effective.
