Our main goal is to establish a comprehensive NGS panel simultaneously analyzing gene mutations, copy number variations and antigen receptor rearrangements occurring in haematological malignancies and consequently to create a versatile bioinformatic tool for regular laboratory users. Using modern trends in user interface and user experience design, we aim to create an easy-to-use platform for routine application.
