Foundation and trust structures play an important role as possible alternative structures to succession. The project focuses on intergenerational transfers of family wealth (assets) using foundation and trust structures, including considerations of family philanthropy. Its scope lies at the intersection of foundation, trust, corporate, inheritance and family law.
