This research project is an effort to investigate trends in educational policies in selected countries. The purpose is to identify beliefs, practices, and policies within the concept of responsive leadership in education. The main areas to which schools and school systems are responding with their policies are the climate crisis; cultural diversity; technique; health; environmental issues; inequality; war; refuges; and democracy. The study uses qualitative methods to investigate perceptions, contextual evidence in policies, processes, procedures, and values at a time of challenges in the world.
