| Description | Paper is devoted to the problems of justice in EU, with focus to the respect to the primal basic philosophy of reform the SOT (Common Market Organisation). The special attention is dedicated to the branch of sugar. The aim of the paper is to refer to the step-by-step process of handling this above mentioned basic philosophy of reform the SOT. The final representation of this “revision of the reform” is clearly not fair to the new members of EU, in context of this paper especially to the sugar producers from CR. Original criterions of the reform (effectiveness and competitiveness) are substitute by interests of the high-power interest group in EU. The final representation of the revise is focused in fact only to the one aim – the reduction of the production quotas of sugar, with no regards to effectiveness of the production processes and competitiveness the sugar industry in members country. Conclusion of the paper is, that the original fundamental strategic principles of the development of the sugar industry in EU are abandoned by “revision of the reform” of SOT and consequently in this conditions is in fact impossible fair economic competition. |
