Description | Social worker students are influenced by many factors during their studies. These factors may help to manage the difficulties in practicing in the future, or they may hinder the successful management. These factors can be arranged on the basis of Social Ecological Approach to several levels - the micro level - student at practice, mezzo level - organization providing practice and school, and at the macro level there are particularly educational standards. The aim of this paper was to think about how the person of practice coordinator can contribute to increase the resilience of students by using these factors. Practice coordinator is a person who is in charge of administrative and operational matters relating to the performance practice of students. I see his greatest potential in the prevention of stress, fear, uncertainty and complications of students during their practice. |
