Description | : In order to provide the best possible preparation of young people for their future career and life, at the forefront is the consideration, what methods and approaches could be used so that the young person could break through in both professional and personal life. Education systems are often narrowly focused on achieving the best possible study results. Often they neglect the individuality of thinking, which may vanish in the uniformity of the unified evaluation system of learning outcomes. But it turns out that the best study results are not a guarantee that a young person in the future will stand good in his life or profession (Goleman, 1999). This paper takes into consideration the ideas of the authors that accentuate the requirement that the education take into account the individual potential, facilitate developing of creativity and personal talent and above all develop thinking, which is essential for achieving of personal perfection of young people (Peterson and Seligman 2004; Seligman, 2003; Saleebey, 2006 Lopez and Louis, 2009). The aim of this paper is to discuss whether it is possible to understand the life coaching as a tool of development of individual thought and of identity among young people. |
