Description | The paper analyses relation of the employer’s duty to provide reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities to the right to equal treatment in employment. It focuses on the duty to ensure reasonable accommodation in the international law, EU law and national law of the Czech Republic. Moreover, it includes the interpretation of the notion of reasonable accommodation in present case-law of the European Court of Justice. |
