Description | The present paper is dedicated to the transfer of an employee to an alternative work as one sided legal act made by an employer that causes the alteration of an employment relationship. Legal regulation in force is analysed with respect to the compliance with the prohibition of forced labour guaranteed by the constitutional order of the Czech Republic. The proposal for the amendment of Labour Code relating to performance of an alternative work which is currently in law-making process is dealt with. |
