• Description: Matter of a partnership of the entities for the inter-university student network project (OP Education for Competitiveness CZ.1.07/2.4.00/31.0157). The study analyzes communication techniques and channels of Municipal Office of the city of Slavkov and offer possible means to improve the service. It is crucial to conduct an analysis from the stakeholder´s point of view and possibilities of modern communication techniques. The thesis aims to present financial acceptable ways of improving city service and communication.
