Description In this study, RNase A immobilized on magnetic supports based on bead cellulose differeing in particle size and poly(HEMA-co-EDMA)microsheres were used. Enzyme was coupled to particles via cyanuric chloride method. Thermal stability of soluble and immobilzed RNase a was tested. Soluble and immobilized enzymes were preincubated in water, acetate buffer (pH 5.0) and tsic-NaCl buffer (pH 7.5) for 1 h. at different temperatures. The activity of enzyme was estimated fro UV spectrophometrical measurement. The matrices base on magnetic bead cellulose and magnetic poly(HEMA-co-EDMA) have a low tendency to adsorb RNA.
