Description | The aim of the study is to review the results of empirical case studies of Lipky's followers and - by doing this - to describe ways by which social workers used to avoid their dilemmas of the work with clients. To discuss limits of the "avoiding hypothesis" by Lipsky, the author points out an alternaive way of interpreting the everyday working habits of social workers by Laan. |
