Description Biorhythms are a part of the regulation mechanisms that work in all living systems. They are the answer to cycles of environment changes, in which the living systems work consequently, they are reflection of their adaptation. Some of biorhythms are so important, that there exist relevant genes in individual genotypes. There is a wide range of biorhythms in the human body. The most important human biorhythm is the circadian rhythm. For this biorhythm, there exists a mechanism called central biological clock in the mammals body (and also in a human body). The clock is controled by cyclical, alternating start of function and relaxation of every system in our body in the 24 hours period. The circadian rhythm guarantees that every part of our body gradually in appropriate time rest, regenerate, and then, again in an appropriate time, start working. Not respecting of biorhythms existence means a body power drop, or even a serious damage of our physical and mental health.
