Description | The manual generalises modern history of HR assessment approaches formation. Readers can recognise the logic order of various approaches development, learn rules of preparation and implementation of HR assessment. The first chapter compares traditional and innovative approaches towards solving task of HR assessment, diverse examples of modern methods are given. Thee second chapter includes comparative analysis of four types of HR assessment methods – the formation of each method is analysed, and all trends of the method’s up-grading are presented in context of reliability and validity of methods improvement. The third chapter describes the procedure of preparation, planning and implementation of assessment. Recommendations referred to evaluators are done according to better understanding organisation’s needs. Significant attention is paid to the issue of assessment results dissemination. The book could be useful for organisational psychologists, HR managers, trainers, administrators of various levels, and etc. |
