Description | In the contribution the authors first deal with theoretical bases and development of the social dialogue. In particular, they are concerning with specific conditions that it has gone through along with the development of our society because all these facts have been creating, and with certain extent of inertia are still affecting, the form of the social dialogue. The particular terms from the area of social partnership were further elaborated. The authors identified the particularities of the social dialogue, the scope it should achieve and its legal, economic and personal framework. These facts are considered by the authors as limiting factors of the social dialogue. As conclusion, they stated that it is obvious that the modern social dialogue is non-representative and the most efficient instrument of development of the European social model also in our conditions. However, the partners have to revere of its fundamental principles and regularities including its general limits. The authors drew a conclusion that the realisation of social responsibility of enterprises and maintenance of social peace in practice are possible and sustainable only providing the observance, especially of legal, economic and personal framework of the social dialogue by both participated social partners. Only on such conditions the social dialogue will be able to achieve the goal that the authors attempted to determine and only in such way the results of social dialogue will be able to benefit both partners. |
