Description | Were carried out research probe mapping using polling fiber consumption in children and adults. Lifestyle is one of the most important determining factors in relation to health. His contribution to the overall health status is estimated at 60-70%. Unhealthy lifestyle has an impact on premature mortality particularly warm and vascular tumor disease. The lifestyle, customizable set of (modifiable) risk factors, we rank next to physical activity, smoking and alcoholism, obesity, diabetes and other especially nutrition and eating habits. The health status of the human body is significantly influenced by the state of his digestive organs and metabolic processes that take place there. Statistically primary causes of mortality in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic are cardiovascular disease and cancer. Increased risk of cardiovascular disease is associated with disorders of the metabolism of lipids and lipoproteins, including whose levels are influenced by processes occurring in the digestive tract. Increased risk of certain cancers is also associated with the ongoing storyline in the gastrointestinal tract. One of the causes of the situation are wrong dietary habits, particularly the long-term low intake of vegetables, fruits, cereals and pulses. It is not only a low fiber intake, but also antioxidants, which protects the body against the effects of oxygen free radicals. |
