| Description | The contribution deals with the theme of demanding of blamelessness. According to the labour – law provisions the employers can demand the documented blamelessness only in some situations. Especially in that cases if it is necessary for the achievment of the employment. But most employers demand the blameless employees for all works. They ask for the criminal code statement before settlement of the labour contract. |
