102 fresh doctors met at doctoral graduation ceremony
More than one hundred doctoral study programme graduates from all ten faculties received their diplomas at the doctoral graduation ceremony at the Faculty of Law on 24 March.

Is trauma passed down? CEITEC studies stress in war refugees
Every year since the 1990’s the Czech Academy of Sciences organises “The Brain Week” in March, joining the global “Brain Awareness Week” campaign which aims to raise awareness about the achievements and benefits of neurological research. Indeed, MU’s CEITEC studies how stress is passed down from one generation to the next because of experiences in war.

We participate in key infrastructures
MU Research infrastructures are an important pillar of research and innovation systems.
Their significance is emphasized by our participation in 14 projects listed in the Czech National Roadmap for Large RDI Infrastructures.
Eleven of these projects are also part of research infrastructures of pan-European interest included in the European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures (ESFRI) for 2021.
