How can we request to have the association/club listed on the website?

In order to list a society/club on the website, its existence must first be reported to the Societies Platform, which registers all societies/clubs at Masaryk University. A special online form is available for this purpose. The basic information about your society/club entered in the form also serves as a basis for creating a profile of the society/club on the website, which you can then access and edit.

How to place the headquarters of the association in the association premises?

Societies/clubs that have signed a framework agreement/memorandum on cooperation with the MU Rector's Office may have their headquarters in the society premises. In this matter it is necessary to contact Mgr. Simona Dimitrov from the RMU External Relations and Marketing Department at dimitrov.s@rect.muni.cz.

Can entities other than associations and clubs use the club premises?

They can't. The social spaces are used exclusively for Masaryk University clubs and societies.
