How do I quit my studies?

You may submit a notice of withdrawal:

1. electronically via the IS MU application:
   Student – Document Office – Submit a new application – Notification of Abandonment of Studies (Oznámení o zanechání studia)
2. in writing:
   Either deliver it to the faculty office or send it by post to the address of the the Faculty International Office or Faculty Office for Studies (depends on the faculty).

Date of termination of studies is the date on which the notification is delivered to the faculty.

Why it is important to officially end studies you do not want to continue

Keep in mind that if you do not report your withdrawal to the faculty, your studies will remain active until the faculty itself terminates them for failure to meet the requirements.

This means that you will have unnecessarily added active study days in the meantime, which may affect your fees.
