The comparison of the fenotypic and genotypic methods for the detection of biofilm production in microbes isolated from the representative patients and the determination of minimal biofilm eradication concentrations (MBEC) of antibiotics. The establishment of the importance of the biofilm production and MBEC determinations in clinical practice.
