Growth media for the lactic acid bakteria and bifidobacteria with new composition will be aranged. New approaches of the isolation and separation of DNA and identification of industrial important bakteria will be introduced. New strains of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria of human origin with good technologic properties will be isolated and identified. Right sorting of part Czech gene resources of lactic acid bakteria in collection Laktoflora will be confirmed.
